Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order and quote from Custom Cone Sleeve (“we”, “us”) through customconesleeve.com. By placing an order or approving a proof, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.
1. Quotes and prices
- Website prices and quotes are in US dollars. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
- A quote is based on the size, quantity, material, printing and finish you give us. If any of these change, the price may change.
- There is no minimum order. Shipping inside the USA is free.
2. Artwork and proofs
- You can send your own artwork, or our designers can prepare it for free.
- Before printing we send a digital proof. Please check the text, spelling, colors, size and layout carefully. Production starts only after you approve the proof, and we print what you approve.
- Colors on a screen look different from colors on paper. Small color differences are normal in printing and are not a printing error.
- You must own the rights to the logos, images and text you send us, or have permission to use them. We may refuse artwork that is illegal, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.
3. Payment
- Orders placed through the website are paid by cash on delivery.
- Quote orders are paid by invoice (card, PayPal or bank transfer). Your invoice shows the amount and when it is due.
- We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be confirmed.
4. Production and delivery
- Standard production takes 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush production takes 5 business days for an extra fee.
- Delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipping. Shipping is free inside the USA. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Printed quantities can vary slightly because of the production process.
5. Samples
Samples of earlier orders that show our materials are free. Samples with your own design or size are paid.
6. Returns, reprints and refunds
Custom printed items cannot be returned. If there is a printing or shipping error that is our fault, we reprint for an extra 30% of the order value. We refund only if we cannot print your order. Problems must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before you approve the proof. After approval, the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
8. Food contact
Our cone sleeves are made from food-safe paper and board for holding cones and handheld treats. You are responsible for using them as intended and for following the food-safety rules that apply to your business.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, missed events or other indirect losses caused by delays or errors.
10. Our website
The text, images and design of this website belong to Custom Cone Sleeve and may not be copied without permission. We try to keep all information correct, but mistakes can happen and we may correct them at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order.
